Launch of Whitechapel Gallery Dining Rooms
We worked with caterers Vacherin and the Whitechapel Gallery to launch the new restaurant following a £13.5 million re-launch of the gallery. Celebrity Chef Maria Elia was appointed as the new head chef and we coordinated the release of press information to attract reviewers once the restaurant had opened. Fay Maschler wrote about her three times; AA Gill gave her 4*s. We worked with Stella Magazine (Sunday Telegraph) to secure a four page feature of recipes.
